B9 Energy works closely with customers, suppliers and contractors to implement a comprehensive Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health (QESH) program across all sites that we maintain.

In July 1999 B9 Energy O&M Ltd became the first wind farm company in the world to obtain accreditation to the International Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001. By July 2002 the company had risen to the challenge of triple certification, having consolidated ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14001: 1996 and OHSAS 18001: 1999 standards into an Integrated Management System (IMS).

The company continues to be the only wind farm operation and maintenance company in . the world to have accreditation to all three standards. These standards are consolidated into the company’s Integrated Management System – a management program which recognizes that our emphasis must be placed on ensuring human health, operational safety, environmental protection and quality enhancement. We recognize no conflict between our business goals and our corporate responsibilities, precisely because we have integrated our corporate responsibility target into our business goals and overall operations: safety alongside profitability, technical excellence alongside ethical standards.
