Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry details you send us: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and message.
- Anonymous usage data: pages visited and whether an enquiry was sent. This is collected without cookies and does not identify you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the website. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to us by EmailJS, an email delivery service. Anonymous usage data is processed by Umami. We link to B9 Renewables, part of the B9 group, for solar, batteries and EV chargers; we do not pass your details to them unless you ask us to. We do not sell your data or pass it to marketing companies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to our use of it, and ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Contact us at business@b9energy.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our usage statistics are collected without cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
